LoudMax is a look-ahead brickwall loudness maximizer with a deliberately minimal interface: a threshold slider, an output slider and a true peak option. It is designed to stay transparent even when pushed hard, which is why it has been a default free mastering limiter for years. Version 1.47 shipped in June 2026, so it remains maintained.
